Once a year Rally America comes to Oregon. I managed to find time on a sunny Saturday to take in a little racin'. That day the drivers spent their day running through winding forest roads on Mt. Hood. While rally is known to be a spectator sport, the organizers only set up 2 small areas for spectators. I managed to squeezing into a crowd of 200-300 in a wooded area marked with nothing more then caution tape. I wasn't the most comfortable nor photogenic of areas, but I'm glad I went.

The winner was X-Games Gold Medallist and famed Freestyle Motocross rider, Travis Pastrana.
